holytownantiques Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your purchase from Holytown Antiques, but if you find it unsuitable in any way we operate a no quibble return policy.
To organise a return please follow the instructions below.
Returns Procedure
Please notify us within 7 days your intention to return the goods by emailing us at info@holytownantiques.com
- Please return products to us in a resalable condition. Products should be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returned products must reach Holytown Antiques within 28 days of the delivery.
- Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
- With the exception of faulty goods, Holytown Antiques is not responsible for the cost of return. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Once the product has been returned to you will receive a full refund minus the collection fee which will be charged at cost price. Although we’ll process your refund as soon as we can, please allow up to 10 working days for us to communicate receipt & refund of the goods.
Returning Furniture, Heavy or Fragile Goods
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product on arrival our delivery men can take it away with them free of charge, this would be suject to using our own delivery service.
It is possible to return furniture & heavy goods once you have accepted delivery, but the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of a failed delivery due to the goods not fitting into a customers home, holytownantiques will refund the customer for the goods value less any carriage costs incurred.
- If you decide to return furniture after delivery you must notify us within 7 days.
- Heavy or fragile goods may take up to 28 days for collection for more difficult to reach areas.
- Once the product has been returned to Holytown Antiques you will receive a refund

Returning Damaged Goods
Replacements for the exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by Holytown Antiques.
We are sadly unable to offer refunds on the following items:
- Unwanted items returned after 28 days.
- Damaged items to us within 3 days of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
